This is it...

I'm so suprised this semester is almost over.  This whole year is going by so fast.  The advice I would give someone writing their scientific research paper is do your research.  You really need to focus on your topic choice and back up your thoughts with really liable sources.  You should also choose something you are interested in learning more about and don't already have a biased opinion on.  I always pick something I know a little about and would find interesting.  It makes the writing and research a lot easier.  I used to dream writing papers in high school because the topics were usually prechosen for you.  But so far I have had opitions to choose from and able to basically write what I wanted.

The Grand Finale!

Well I sure am glad I finished both papers over a week ago.  I stressed out for no reason seeing as I set myself to a strict timeline.  I always do better if I sit and write a paper from start to finish.  No matter how early I have to get up or how late it is when I'm done.  This is just my writing style.  I would call it crazy.  I am very happy to be done.  Seeing as our student email is down, I had no response from the writing center.  So I had to just have my mom look over my projects.  I felt comfortable with both of them after the final revisions.  And yes, I am tired lol.

Continuation... perhaps.

Hello all.  To be honest, I probably won't keep posting to this blog after class is over.  Did I enjoy it.... yes.  But I am not one to journal much.  I used to in my teens but I don't really anymore.  It is a good way to document your history and write things down you did during the day you may forget later.   I remember when Xanga came out before myspace an facebook.  I used to write on that site all the time.  I was still very young.  I used to utilize myspace much more than I do now.  Mostly I keep mine updated just because of all the pictures I have on it.  Mostly I use facebook but I have moved past being addicted to games and the internet.  I have too much going on in my life to stare at a screen and continually update my status all day.

Constructive Criticism

Hello All!  I like to hear what my peers have to say about my work.  They ususally just say it straight up and tell me where they feel I need improvement.  Most of the time they are just telling you things to better yourself.  They do not mean to hurt your feelings.  I try to be fair with my peers as well.  I usually just point out the obvious errors and comment on things to improve on.  I am a stickler for thesis'.  For that I can thank my junior and senior honors English teachers.  They molded me for writing a strong thesis.  I hope you all do well! : )
